The NFL is taking its social media strategy one step further, launching its own new no-huddling strategy that will be live on Facebook.
The NFL Network and ESPN are launching a new no-, “off-the-field” “no communication” policy on Facebook, according to the league.
The no-communication policy, which has been a long-held goal of the league, means no social media posts that are not “in-game” will be approved.
The league said the new no communication policy will apply to posts on Twitter and Instagram.
It’s not clear when the policy will be available, but the league said it will go live in the coming weeks.
